11h00 – A trip to the tip with three PCs, one laptop, one bubble-jet printer and lots of odd computer bits which had been strewn around the office for some months in the expectation that one day a fully working PC would arise. I have enough stuff left over to try and get a working Linux box to run the Home Automation.
15h30 – P has just taught me to male real hand made mayonnaise using one egg, 2 fl oz of sunflower oil, Colman’s (had to be) mustard powder, cider vinegar plus salt and pepper. A very different taste from the product you get in jars. I shall now continue to clear more of my junk from the office.
