12h00 – Barry and Pat arrived, this was their first visit. P had prepared lunch so after a tour of the house we sat outside and lunched.
14h30 – Took everyone on a tour of the garden. Barry and I discussed Satellite TV while pat took a go in the slider-rocker.
23h30 – A clear black night with no moon, Barry was astonished at how little light pollution we had. He showed me how to find many constellation I had not seen. We saw Jupiter rising in the NE and with the aid of a large monocular we could see four of its moons. I had never seen these before.
